Founded in 2000, by Thomas Sicora, our firm specializes in providing timeless, customized design solutions for your renovation and new construction projects. With 10 years of building inspection experience as well as an MBA degree, Ron’s unique background allows him to problem solve and help you visualize your next project. After partnering with Thomas Sicora in 2009, it is an honor for Ron to continue the tradition of excellence at Sicora.
Britt Hanson
Project Manager
Britt has been with the company for 10 years and provides structure and flow to what can be chaotic construction environment. During your project, Britt becomes your main contact point for Q&A related to the day-to-day activities.
Allison Landers
Interior Design
Allison came to Sicora, Inc., in 2011 from a local design/build firm with a degree in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota. She brings an award-winning collection of past projects, and we are looking forward to her new designs becoming a part of the Sicora portfolio!
Andrea Meister
Interior Design
Andrea started working with the company in 2008 and has found a creative home with Sicora. Her ability to combine a clients’ wants and wishes while keeping our clients on budget has made her a wonderful asset to the company.
Rita Sicora
Office Manger
Rita is in her third year with Sicora, Inc., and brings a wealth of corporate background and experience to the company. She manages what we call the “central nervous system” of the company (office and financial operations), so expect to hear from Rita at some point during your project!
Ryan Filibeck
Project Manager
Ryan recently returned from a 5 year adventure in Honolulu, HI to join the Sicora design/project management team as a new Project Manager. He brings 10 years of construction experience starting out in custom home framing and residential remodeling, then furthered his career by stepping into management for multi-million dollar hotel remodels, high rise condominium construction, and heavy civil/industrial projects on the island of Oahu.
